Join Our Peloton! We Want YOU for Our Annual Dinner Planning Committee

We’re looking for enthusiastic, creative and dedicated volunteers to help us planSilicon Valley Bicycle Coalition’s 12th Annual Dinner!

The Dinner will happen in the fall of 2019 and includes a silent auction, live auction, brief program and keynote speaker. This is SVBC’s largest fundraiser of the year and supports our programs, education and advocacy throughout Silicon Valley.We’re looking for people who have:- Desire to advance SVBC’s mission to improve bicycling for all in Silicon Valley- Passion to work with others and independently- Interest in fundraising- Ability to build sustaining relationships- Reliable communication skills- Capacity to commit to at least 2-3 hours per month between February and October, 2019Committee Responsibilities:Silent auction support - contact previous and/or new donors to solicit and confirm donationsTable Captains - help recruit folks who can serve as table leaders at the dinnerGeneral Dinner support - be part of the overall team as we make program and keynote speaker decisions What is the commitment?The volunteer commitment will be from February thru mid-October, 2019. Don’t worry! We’re only looking for a couple of hours per month and those are flexible to your schedule.
